Got questions?
Everything you need to know before signing up.
Can I play in cleats?
Details can be found in each game's description in the app. Metal studs are not allowed and indoor shoes are recommended for indoor fields.
How many players per team?
The number varies by field, most commonly 5v5, 6v6 or 7v7. You'll always see it in the game details.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes, if there are available spots. Your friend must also sign up to have a reserved spot.
Do I need my own equipment?
Sports clothes and appropriate footwear are enough. Ball and bibs are usually provided.
Is a certain skill level required?
Unless clearly stated otherwise in the game title and description, our games are open to all levels.
What is reliability?
Reliability is a percentage showing how often you attend events you sign up for. 100% means you've always showed up. If you don't cancel and don't show up, the organizer can mark you as 'no-show', which lowers your reliability. Organizers may prefer players with higher reliability.
How does the waitlist work?
If an event is full, you can join the waitlist. When a spot becomes available (someone cancels), you'll be notified by email and can sign up.
